Present, export and share your project
Prepare Vibe3D versions for client review, use Present, download images or video, export a PDF or ZIP, and choose appropriate view-only sharing access.
Finish the scenes you want to show, star useful versions, then use Present for a project review. Export offers PDF or ZIP with Most Recent or Only Starred selection. Share lets you choose the entire project or current scene and control who can view the link.

Curate the project before presenting
A useful client package makes the design decisions easy to follow. Start with an overall view, add the alternatives that need discussion, and use close-ups only where they explain a particular feature.
Give the project a recognizable name and description. Choose a cover that represents the work. Review each scene's versions and star the results you want to keep visible in your final selection. Remove failed or misleading results from your planned presentation rather than relying on a client to recognize them.
At least one completed scene is needed for presentation and export. See projects and versions if you need help finding the correct result.
Use Present for a review
Choose Present in the project navbar. Review the title and completed scenes in sequence before using the presentation with a client. Incomplete or failed scenes are not a substitute for finished presentation images.
Check legibility at the screen size you will use. A detail that looks clear on your own monitor may disappear on a projector or during a video call. Keep the source design available for questions about dimensions or construction.
Download one image or video
For a single still, download the selected image version. You can also adjust its color before saving. For motion, use Download Video on a completed flythrough.
Export a PDF or ZIP
Export a project as PDF or ZIP when you want a file to hand over. Choose PDF for a presentation document or ZIP for individual outputs. To limit the package to your shortlist, star favorite versions and use Only Starred.
Share a view-only link
Share an entire project for an ongoing review that includes all scenes, versions, original comparison images and future additions. Share a single scene if the recipient only needs that scene and its versions. A project link and a scene link have independent access settings.
Check the delivered package
Open the PDF, inspect the ZIP contents, play the MP4 and check the link as applicable. Confirm filenames, scene selection and the intended design version. Keep the original inputs and specifications in your project records; rendered images explain the proposal and do not replace them.
