Understand Vibe3D credits and plan access
Check Vibe3D credit costs, distinguish free signup from paid packs, understand monthly and one-time balances, and find account billing and eligibility information.
Check the amount shown before starting an operation and your Available Credits on the account page. Tool costs differ: rendering and edits use fewer credits than enhancement, relighting or video. Your current account offer determines feature access and purchase terms.

Check the account before generating
Open your account and check the balance card under your plan name or Available Credits. Check the amount displayed on the action before submitting work. Having some credits does not necessarily mean there are enough for every operation or that every feature is included in your account.
The table below is a reviewed reference as of 4 November 2026. Use the current in-app amount and offer when starting an operation or making a purchase.
The numbers shown are a sample balance. Your profile shows the credits available to your account.
Tool-cost reference
| Action | Reviewed credit cost |
|---|---|
| Fidelity or Lumen render | 1 credit |
| Targeted edit or scene-wide edit | 1 credit per submission |
| HyperReal Enhance | 2 credits |
| Initial Relight preparation | 2 credits |
| Close-Ups request | 1 credit for the request, with up to four targets |
| New flythrough segment | 5 credits for a 5-second segment |
For a new video, count the movement clips and transitions in the estimate. For example, two five-second moves and one five-second transition cost 15 credits at the rates above. Choosing None after a transition skips that movement clip. When revising a video, check the new estimate before submitting. The current timeline limit is 75 seconds. See flythroughs before planning a longer client video.
The dedicated enhancement workflow, when available in your account, can present different choices from the ordinary HyperReal Enhance action. Follow the named action and amount actually displayed; do not assume every operation containing “render” costs the same.
Free signup and paid credit packs
Free signup and a paid Trial pack are different offers. The normal free signup allowance is up to three credits, subject to the eligibility shown at signup. A paid pack has its own stated allowance and purchase terms.
Compare the offers on the pricing page or your profile. Paid account owners can open them with Upgrade Plan. Prices and currencies can vary by the offer shown, so this guide does not maintain a second price list.
Monthly and one-time credits
One-time purchased credits do not expire. Monthly credits refresh with the billing cycle; they are not the same as a lifetime balance. Check the account's renewal date and balance before planning a large batch of work.
An unlimited image-rendering offer should not be read as unlimited flythrough video. Review the video allowance and any additional-credit terms in the specific plan shown to you.
Feature access, students and teams
Flythrough and Relight require eligible access as well as credits. Check the offer active on your account, including any one-time pack or team benefits. For example, a Starter subscriber with a qualifying Studio pack can have flythrough access. If the action shows Upgrade, check the included features before purchasing credits.
Register with your academic email to check whether a student offer is available. If your institution is not recognized, contact support rather than assuming that every .edu or academic address receives an identical package.
Team members can share the plan owner's credit allowance. Billing and upgrades are handled by that owner. Seat availability and purchase terms appear in the eligible account; never share one person's login as a substitute for team access.
Billing questions and unexpected charges
Use Billing & Invoices on the account page for subscription and payment history. If an operation fails or a balance looks wrong, record the project, action, time and exact message before contacting support. Do not repeatedly regenerate to test a billing issue.
For account controls and support, see account help. Commercial use and ownership remain subject to the Terms of Service; credit purchases do not remove your responsibility to have rights to the inputs you upload.
